1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return items if:
- The item is unused and in original condition
- Tags and packaging are intact
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
Non-returnable items:
- Sale/discounted items
- Innerwear or hygiene-related items
- Customized or altered items
2. Return Process
- Contact us at contact@celestee.co.uk with your order number.
- We will provide return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable method.
Return shipping cost:
- Paid by the customer (unless item arrived damaged).
3. Refund Process
- Refund issued to your PayPal account.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. Exchanges
Exchange is possible if the product is available in the requested size or color.
5. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We’ll replace it at no extra cost.
